How do I find my size?
- We provide a detailed size chart and fitting guide to help you choose the best size. You can find the size guide in every product.

What materials are your clothes made of?
- Detailed descriptions of fabric and materials are available on each product page.

Are the colors of the clothes exactly as shown in the pictures?
- We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but please note that slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options which you can find under Payment Options

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?
- Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within a specified time frame. Please refer to our order modification policy.

Do you offer gift cards?
- Yes, we offer digital gift cards. Available in denominations of $50, $100, $250 and $500.

Do you ship internationally?
- As of now unfortunately we operate inside Australia. But soon we will expand internationally to help you look good.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Usually within 5-30 business days.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you log in with Shop, you can track when you download Shop App.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Can I return items bought on sale?

Account and Newsletter

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
- No, you can check out as a guest. However, if you choose to 'Remember me' it automatically creates an account. Creating an account allows you to track your orders with shop.

How to create an account?
- Click the 'Avatar' icon on top right corner on the home page. Customers log in with a one-time code sent to their email (no passwords). It's much safer and no problem remembering.
- Also, you can click Customer Accounts to log in to your account.

How can I sign up for your newsletter?
- You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to receive updates on new arrivals and special promotions.
